TASKS

Would you like to be directly involved in the further development and thus the future of the products of a world market leader in medical technology and lead your own small team? Then warmly welcome you to NDI!

Your main task will be to lead and develop a team of Research Scientists
You will also work actively with your team to lay the foundations for our future products. This is done through theoretical and experimental preparation of new technologies or the development of functions for handover to the product development teams
You are in charge of new NDI developments and drive them forward - you are responsible for compliance with, and further improvement of the software development processes, coordinate processes with the respective interfaces and maintain these processes in accordance with regulatory and company-specific requirements
You represent department-specific interests vis-à-vis our locations in Canada and the USA and proactively shape further cooperation with the other locations

PROFILE

A university degree in engineering, physics or a similar technical field has formed the basis of your current knowledge
You are suitable for the position if you have several years of professional experience in the field of research and development of mechatronic systems or applied physics. Knowledge of medical technology regulations is nice to have
You are a strong communicator and maintain an effective communication style at all levels
Experience in the professional and disciplinary management of employees is an advantage
English isn’t just a typical breakfast for you
