Customer Care Specialist and future business administrator
In addition to her work as a Customer Care Specialist at NDI, Rafaela is currently studying part-time at the Ulm Chamber of Industry and Commerce to become a business administrator. NDI Europe is supporting her with a generous contribution.
The practice-oriented training combines comprehensive industry knowledge with business know-how from various areas such as controlling, law and taxes, operational management or corporate management, to name just a few.
In addition, Rafaela’s training teaches her to analyze and optimize internal processes and to integrate what she has learned directly into her day-to-day work.
