Onboarding - becoming part of the team

Right from your first day with us, we support you with a tailored and structured onboarding program including personal mentoring.

 

A good start:

 

Welcome-Day

First, all new employees are welcomed by our colleagues from the HR Department. Together with you, they discuss your onboarding plan. Then your superior will take you on a tour of our company, giving you an ideal opportunity to meet your new co-workers.

 

Onboarding program

During the first weeks and months, you take in-house training courses and gain insights into the various departments. To round off the program, you are given documents that you can study in your own time.

 

Half-time talk

After about 70 days, you have a confidential talk with our HR representatives. We want to know whether we have fulfilled your expectations, plus whether and how we can support you further. We also give you our own feedback.

 

Individual coaching / mentoring

You will be assigned a mentor for your first 6 months at NDI. Together with this person, you will get to know our corporate culture and take your first steps in your daily work.

 

Feedback culture

Feedback is very important to us. So, we look forward to your comments about day-to-day working at NDI. Your superior and your mentor will also give you feedback on your work.
