TASKS
Join our customer experience team and manage the entire order process from inquiry to delivery:
- You process inquiries and orders, check orders and framework agreements, and ensure their correct
implementation. - You will create quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and credit notes with a high degree of accuracy
You coordinate delivery dates with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics and
monitor compliance with delivery commitments. - You will also carefully maintain customer data in the ERP system and ensure that the database is always
date. - Finally, you will proactively and flexibly support internal and external customers in line with your
qualifications.
PROFILE
- You have completed commercial vocational training and have relevant experience.
- In addition, you have a very good command of German and English and can communicate confidently in both languages.
- Working routinely with Office applications and ERP systems is part of your everyday life; you are able to use them efficiently.
- You also impress with your strong customer focus and engaging manner.
- Your profile is rounded off by strong social skills and clear verbal and written communication skills.
