TASKS

    NDI continues to grow and is increasingly expanding the Operations area. Grow with us in your new position in the field New-Product-Introduction / Manufacturing Engineering!
  • As a manufacturing engineer, you are very familiar with process optimization. You will be responsible for defining, setting up and optimizing assembly sequences and processes (e.g., annealing, bonding) both internally and externally at our contract manufacturer.
  • Working closely with the R&D product development team, you will ensure that the design for manufacturing is considered during the development process
  • You are responsible for release-to-manufacturing and carry out a pilot run for this purpose
  • You create the necessary assembly and test fixtures together with internal and external specialists
  • You conscientiously perform process FMEAs to ensure high product quality
  • In close cooperation with our QM team, you solve supplier complaints as a sparring partner with your good communication skills
  • To ensure the high quality of suppliers as well as of us, you regularly evaluate measurement results to identify trends in time

PROFILE

  • You have completed a technical degree or have a comparable qualification in the electrical engineering / mechatronics field
  • The QM system 13485 or 9001 is no foreign word for you, because you already know it very well due to your several years of professional experience.
  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working, combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work in a team
  • You have a good command of German and English in order to be able to communicate with our colleagues and suppliers from all over the world
